Whether you’ve got your heart set on an AGA or you’re not entirely certain or if you’re a new AGA owner and are looking for expert tips and advice, our AGA Cook Day offers a fun and informative introduction to cooking using a Total Control electric AGA.
Taking place on Saturday 8th April from 11am to 3pm, our Total Control AGA launch event will provide the opportunity for you to learn new skills and try recipes while picking up expert culinary tips from AGA and Cookery Demonstrator Mark David.
Mark started his career as a trainee chef in a hot sweaty hotel kitchen in Leeds where he learned professional cookery skills over a very hot range! He eventually moved out front to be nearer the customers. His further career included 3 years at Waltons restaurant Chelsea, followed by 3 years with the legendary Egon Ronay and then Restaurant Manager for Robert Carrier in Suffolk. He now cooks with small groups and specialises in AGA cookery.
Held in our spacious showroom, in Sudbury, our AGA Cook Day is designed for all levels of knowledge of AGA cookery. Closer to the event we will publish more details of what we’ll be cooking, so watch this space!
