The KSL stand at this year’s Taste of Sudbury Food & Drink Festival is going to be a little bit special. We are delighted to be working with our partners at the ICE Cook School to showcase some exceptional cooking. You will be able to visit us inside St Peter’s Church where you can see Dim Sum demos throughout the day, try some delicious DIM Sum tasters and pick up expert culinary tips from ICE Development Kitchen Chef Scott Taylor.
Scott started his career at Maison Chocolat before joining Ring and Brymer, cooking for prestigious events including three state banquets and numerous dinners at 10 Downing Street as well as staging at The Aubergine with Gordon Ramsay. Before moving back to Suffolk he became senior chef for the opening of the Ickworth Hotel under Michelin starred chef Adam Abbot. Scott went on to become Head Chef for the Elveden Estate. Now as Development Chef for the ICE cookery school and development kitchen, Scott works with some of the best restaurants and chefs from around the world.
