Houzz is the leading web
community of more than 40 million homeowners, home design enthusiasts and home improvement professionals – across the country and around the world. It offers a homeowner-to-homeowner guide to home improvement professionals, including builders, designers, kitchen and bathroom specialists, and features photos, articles, product recommendations and a user forum.

Houzz conducts an annual survey and analysis of its community to identify the top professionals for the Best of Houzz 2019 Awards in the UK. Customer Service award honours are based on several factors, including the quality of recent client reviews and  winners represent some of the most customer-focussed professionals in the industry.
