The award winning Bury St Edmunds Christmas Fayre is now in its eighteenth year and gets bigger and better every time. 2019 sees the return of the Cookery Theatre, hosted by ICE Cook School and KSL, that is now one of the highlights of the fayre.
With over 300 stalls situated all around the historic Georgian town centre, the Bury St Edmunds Christmas Fayre has something for everyone.
Taking place over the weekend of 21st – 24th November, national and internationally renowned and award winning Chefs will showcase their considerable talents in free daily demonstrations at our Cookery Theatre. The demonstrations will run between 10:30am and 4pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Situated in the Cathedral Cloisters in the Abbey Gardens of the beautiful St Edmundsbury Cathedral, the Cookery Theatre will wow visitors with amazing recipes, ground-breaking techniques and quality ingredients. A must see for any foodie!!

KSL is sponsoring the kitchen for the Cookery Theatre which includes a Neff Slide and Hide Oven as used in the Great British Bake Off. We’re also providing a Neff Venting Hob which is an air venting flex induction hob which is very much the latest trend in the world of kitchen appliances. You’ll be able to see these appliances in action for yourself at the fayre.
