This year’s Taste of Sudbury Food and Drink Festival was undoubtedly the best yet. With over 6,000 visitors reported, and a number of those travelling quite a distance to attend, Sudbury is making its mark as a Foodie destination.

This year’s festival was also a special year for KSL. We were delighted to partner for the event with our friends at the ICE Cook School. Scott Taylor, ICE cookery school and development kitchen chef worked with us on our stall, using our NEFF and Siemens steam ovens to create delicious dim sum and share his expert culinary tips. Over the course of the day, we just about kept on top of demand, giving away over 600 dim sum tasters. Feedback from all who tried the dim sum was extremely positive.

It was fantastic to see so many people in the town, enjoying the great food and drink that was on offer from such a diverse range of local suppliers.” said Richard Hibbert. “I’m looking forward to working together with the suppliers I met, to ensure that Sudbury’s reputation as a Foodie destination, continues to grow.”

Our top-of-the-range NEFF steam oven topped the bill in the Festival’s free prize draw. Hundreds of entrants were received and we will reveal the winner soon……
