KSL is operating business as normal. The KSL showroom is open by appointment only to make sure we keep a safe environment for all. We are still designing and fitting kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms.
As a small company we rely on our loyal customers and have always put you first. Your safety and well-being are of the utmost importance to us.
You are still very welcome at our showroom. Hand washing is always available along with a drink and a KSL welcome. Touch points within our showroom and surfaces are wiped down several times a day and after each customer visit to protect us and you. We now ask you to please make an appointment prior to attending the showroom.
We have set up an office for Skype video calls and we can also accept FaceTime and WhatsApp video calls. Email and telephone will always stay operational. We will be launching some tips very soon for customers who wish to measure their own room and are always available to support you in this task.
For customers having their kitchens or bathrooms fitted at the moment, we will take the utmost consideration when in our customer’s houses. Our small team of professional fitters will work responsibly in your home and will maintain high hygience levels.
Our staff are equally important and we shall be paying staff so they do not have to take risks and allowing working from home if required.
