At KSL the health, well-being and safety of our customers and team is our first priority. It is because of this that we are following government advice and closing our showroom temporarily. However we are still serving our customers remotely in the following ways.
Our Managing Director Richard Hibbert will be working in the office and co-ordinating the KSL design team who will be working from home.
We are proposing Skype, Facetime or telephone call with our clients in place of face-to-face meetings, to ensure projects continue to progress.
We are still able to receive plans from customers and assist with providing samples and images for future projects. We are also able to provide customers with project estimates and place orders with suppliers as required.
We anticipate that there may be supply chain issues for some of our suppliers. This is why we will placing orders for immediate dispatch and taking stock into our warehouse as required to make sure we are ready once the restrictions are lifted.
To help our customers in these difficult times we are relaxing our credit card policy. This means that once you’re happy with your kitchen, bedroom or bathroom design (or individual item) and you’ve placed your order you will be able to cover the cost by credit card instead of the usual advance payment methods. We are also members of the Kbsa which provides payment protection to all our installed retail installations regardless of payment method.
We regret that kitchen and bathroom fittings will in the main be put on hold while people are being advised to socially distance themselves. Where a home is vacant we may be able to continue the fitting of a project if all the products and materials are available. We will unfortunately not be able to complete the fitting of most projects in the interim for the health and safety of our customers and our team.
