We are looking forward once again to this year’s Taste of Sudbury Food & Drink Festival. We are delighted to be working for a second year with our fabulous partners at the ICE Cook School to showcase some exceptional cooking.
The Taste of Sudbury Festival, celebrating the region’s very best food and drink, has made it’s mark as a Foodie destination with over 6,000 visitors attending last year. This year the festival continues to grow and we are proud to be both supporting the event as well as exhibiting in partnership with ICE Cook School.
You will be able to visit us inside St Peter’s Church where you can see cookery demos throughout the day, try some delicious free tasters and pick up expert culinary tips from ICE Development Kitchen Chef Lee Cooper.
Lee’s career started in the North West of England and included key roles at properties including Crewe Hall and Mottram Hall. He then moved to take up the role of Senior Sous Chef in the Hilton Manchester Deansgate shortly after its opening, where he was instrumental in shaping the kitchen. In 2014 Lee joined prestigious Suffolk hotel, The Ickworth, as Head Chef, developing his passion for farm to fork dining and creating innovative seasonal menus. Now Lee heads up the Development Kitchen, Café and Cook School, working with chefs and restaurants right across the world.
